Mini burger with grape must mustard Clovis

Peel shallots and slice them thinly. Place them down in a small pan and pour red wine to top them of. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil then cook over low heat until the wine completely evaporates. Add the must grape mustard and mix it well. Slice the cocktail tomato. Make 15 small hamburgers from the ground beef, and grill out them quickly. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the breads in two parts, coat the base with the (prepared) sauce, top it with a small cooked hamburger, 2 slices of tomato and some leaves of lamb’s lettuces. Place back the top part of the roll bread and maintain it all with a wooden peak, For a quick bite to eat


For 15 mini-burgers :
- 15 bread rolls burgers
- 400 g of ground beef
- 6 cocktail tomatoes
- Some bouquets of lamb’s lettuce
- 2 shallots
- 10 cl of red wine
- 2 full soup spoon of must grapes mustard Clovis
- Salt on pepper
